PDF FILES
WHAT TYPE OF FILE WILL I RECEIVE?
Most of my printables come in a PDF file format. These will either be compressed in a ZIP folder or open in a Google Drive folder for you to download to your device.
WHAT SOFTWARE WILL I NEED TO OPEN & PRINT MY FILES?
These files will only work with Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is a free, easy-to-use software that's already installed on most computers, please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. Download it for free at here.
- MAC Users: Be sure you open the files with Adobe Reader and NOT Preview (the default PDF viewer on a Mac).
- Windows 8 (and above) Users: You’ll need to open the files with the full desktop Adobe Reader program. The files won’t work correctly if you use the default Windows PDF Viewer or the Adobe Reader APP.
CAN I OPEN THE FILES ON MY PHONE OR TABLET?
While some mobile and smart devices do have the ability to open PDF files, it is always recommended to download, open and print the files from a laptop or desktop computer.
WHY CAN'T I OPEN MY PDF ON MY MAC?
If you have not set up Adobe Reader as your default, Macs will open the Mac PDF software called preview by default. You just need to be sure to open the file(s) in the latest version of Adobe Reader instead. To do this, launch Adobe Reader first and open the PDF file directly from Adobe Reader itself. Or, right click on the file name, select "Open With" and select "Adobe Reader."
PRINTING YOUR PRODUCTS
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER SHOULD I USE?
Each of the printables in my store come in a minimum of two standard sizes - US Letter (8.5x11") and A4. Some also come in A5 size. For most printables, standard 100GSM printer paper is fine. For printables you wish to reuse, such as conversation cards or coupons, I recommend a cardstock instead.
IS THERE A LIMIT OF HOW MANY TIMES I CAN PRINT THE FILES?
NO, you many print as many copies as you like of each of the items you purchase for your own PERSONAL USE. You may not distrubute, share or resell them in any form.
WHAT TYPE OF PRINTER SHOULD I USE?
You can print using your home printer or at a local copy shop instead. Please note that colours will vary from printer to printer.
CAN YOU PRINT THE FILES FOR ME?
No, I do not offer printing services. My products are digital and no physical copies will be shipped to you.

CAN I RESELL YOUR PRINTABLES OR TEMPLATES?
No, none of the products listed in this store or any of the free printables on my website are to be resold. They are all for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes reselling as digital files or in printed format. You must not alter, transform or copy the designs for the purpose of selling either.
