The perfect alternative to Secret Santa. Have everyone bring a small gift or provide one or more gifts to pass around the circle.
Everyone sits in a circle while one person is the narrator. Have one or more 'gifts' and each time the narrator says left or right, the gifts are passed in that direction. If they say across, it is passed across the circle.
Once the story ends, whoever is left holding a gift or treat gets to keep it!
This is a fun game for all ages. When used in the classroom, it's a great way to get kids to practice their active listening skills too.
